How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days and usually arrive 2-4 working days later. Full details on our Delivery page.

Are your essential oils pure?

Our essential oils are supplied as 100% pure unless the product name or description says otherwise – blends and oils described as “fragrance oil” are formulated products. Ingredients are listed on each product page where our supplier provides them.

Can I use essential oils on my skin?

Most essential oils must be diluted in a carrier oil before skin contact. Follow the instructions on the bottle. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or treating a child, speak to a healthcare professional first. Our products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition.

Are the products tested on animals?

Cosmetic testing on animals is banned in the UK. Our supplier does not test on animals.

Is the packaging recyclable?

Glass bottles and cardboard outers are recyclable through household collections. Pumps and caps should be removed first.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not been dispatched yet, email us straight away and we will amend or cancel it. After dispatch, use the return process on our Returns & Refunds page.
